Returns & Exchange

Important: Please make sure that you double-check our size guide and measure your dog before purchasing.

While returns & exchange requests are not 100% guaranteed, we will do our best to ensure you and your dog are happy.

Please get in touch with us at henlo@thebarkfestclub.com with your order number as the subject title, and include your name, date of purchase, order number, and reason for return/exchange.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

All returns and exchanges must meet the following criteria:
• Items must be returned in sellable condition — brand new, unworn, unwashed, and strictly fur-free.
• Due to hygiene reasons, any items returned with pet fur, dirt, odour, stains, or signs of wear will be rejected, and we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.

• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 5 days of receiving the order.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping and reshipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it, along with clear photos. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Additional Notes

• Returns are limited to one return per order. Items that have already been returned once are not eligible for subsequent returns.
All returned items will undergo inspection upon arrival. Approval of any return or exchange is at The Barkfest Club’s discretion.

Exclusions

• All sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Product colours may vary slightly due to lighting conditions and screen resolutions. Exchanges or returns for this reason will not be accepted.
